About the Doctor
Dr. Cheryl McCarty DDS is a caring, compassionate dentist with a passion for her work and years of experience. She practiced as a registered nurse for twelve years prior to attending University of Colorado School of Dentistry, graduating in 1988. She completed her residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New York, in June of 1990. She first practiced as a dentist in Kansas for two years prior to moving to Colorado. In September of 1993 she opened this practice and has been here ever since.
Lisa - R.D.H.
Lisa is our Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). She, like Dr. McCarty, is a native of Kansas. She earned a B.A. in French from the University of Kansas in 1992, and an A.S. in Dental Hygiene from Indiana University in 1995. Lisa has worked for Dr. McCarty since 2001.
Susan - Office Manager
Susan is a native of Colorado and grew up in Manitou Springs. She moved to the metro area in 1979 and she and her husband Dan have lived here since. She has three wonderful children and two beautiful granddaughters. Susan has worked in the dental field on and off for 28 years. She took 12 years off to operate a licensed child care business and raise her children. She loves her job, co-workers, and patients. She especially loves the art of dentistry.
Heather - Dental Assistant
Heather is also a native of Colorado. She and her husband Pat have three children and three dogs. She recently completed her certification in Dental Assisting at Pima Medical Institute. Heather is continuing her education at Front Range Community College, with hopes of attending Dental Hygiene school in the future.
