Appointments can be scheduled over the phone. We offer to schedule your nest biannual cleaning during your office visit or we can send you a reminder postcard in the mail. We ask for at least a 24 hour advanced should you need to cancel an appointment as it is difficult to fill the time without proper notice. We also understand this is sometimes impossible to do.
On your first visit you will be asked to fill out paperwork including health history, insurance information, dental history, consent to treat, and privacy information. This can be done the same day or sent to your home prior to your appointment.
Fees for dental services are controlled to the extent possible. It continues to be part of our belief that quality dental care should be available to everyone. Before any work is started. we discuss a treatment plan with you and provide an estimate of charges. If the amount of dental work you require is significant, we will work with you to prioritize treatment. We want to be sure that you are aware of potential consequences associated with delaying treatment but understand the need to plan for balance charges. We also have payment options including credit cards and Care Credit.
Dental Insurance is an aid to help defray costs and a benefit offered by many employers. We do our best to maximize insurance benefits but we can not always predict what your insurance will pay, as every insurance plan is different. We will file a claim with your carrier after your visit as a courtesy to you.
